WE RECENTLY PULLED IT OUT OF STORAGE OF MANY YEARS IT HAS METAL STARS AROUND THE HEAD OF JESUS. THEY ARE TARNISHED  GOLD IN COLOR AND MAY BE BRASS, AND IT HAD GOLD COLORED REAL EARINGS  BUT THEY HAVE BEEN LOST THROUGH THE YEARS LEAVING A SMALL SLICE IN THE PAINTING WHERE THEY USED TO BE.. THE CROSS LOOKS LIKE IT IS MADE FROM PALM AS IT IS GLUED TO THE PAINTING AND DOES HAVE A BREAK THAT SWUNG AROUND ON THE LOWER PART OF THE CROSS  AS SHOWN IN PICTURES  IT IS PAINTED ON WOOD AND IS VERY OLD AND SHOWS SOME SIGNS OF AGE WITH SOME WRINKLES IN THE PAINT. IT WAS ON THE WALL AT LEAST SINCE THE 50'S AND MY MOM THINKS IS IS OLDER THAN THE 40'S AS PAINTING ON WOOD IS AN OLDER ART. SIZE 22W X 28 1/2H X 2 1/4 DEEP.
