For the first time she is making her amazingly crafted table covers/throws/accent pieces available in auction.Irene crafted this 55x55 inch throw by piecing together two layers of chintz florals --one side patchworked and the other side one single piece -- and trimmed it with her signature combination of blanket stitching and crochet finish. The edge is very sturdy as she crochets right into the finished blanket stitch on the textile. In this piece the edges are incorporate the luxurious 2-inch green beaded trim that ends in dangly leaves which make an enticing jangle as you pick it up. Everyone likes the dangly leaves!This throw/table cover/accent piece is reversible -- containing 2 layers of quality slipcover and drapery fabric - no fiberfill to become lumpy.The one pictured here shows a patchwork array on one side -- predominantly greens with red accents (perfect for Christmas) and includes florals, palms, coconuts, monkey  and Chinese pagoda! The other side is one 55-inch square sylvan green fabric piece with rose and peach accents--perfect colors for the holidays!Irene's clients use her sumptuous reversible textile throws for cozy sofa throws, fancy table covers and bed covers.The square shape can be a triangle accent on a rectangular sofa or table.Each item is unique.
